Serial Sitting

Begin standing on feet spread shoulder width apart. Although it is possible to perform this exercise without assistance, ideally a second person would be available to call out position changes. Assuming a second person is available, that person directs you to move up from or down into a squatted position. Whether moving up or down the movements must be relatively small and held for 1-10 seconds before a new position is called out.

Repeat the up and down movements for 30 seconds or longer as your ability allows.
