Strengthen the muscles that support and move the hips and knee.

WEEKLY PHYSICAL THERAPY VIDEOS PUT TOGETHER BY REAL ORTHOPEDIC SPECIALISTS TO HELP YOU RECOVER AND STAY INJURY-FREE.

Sit to Stand:

When the knee is made stiff and painful, as is often the case with arthritis, the Bauerfeind GenuTrain knee support can help to manage your symptoms and ease exercise performance.

Begin standing on feet spread hip-width apart. Squat down onto a seat or bench so that your thighs are parallel with the ground. Make sure the seat chosen is no lower than this height.

Briefly transfer your weight to the seat before rising back to the standing position. Perform both the upward and downward movements in a controlled fashion. Repeat as your ability allows.

GenuTrainĀ®

> secure hold for the knee joint
> pressure relief for the kneecap and reduction in pain at the meniscus
> anatomical fit and integrated donning aid
